Objectives

Create a series of Customer Testimonials utilizing video and audio that was collected from various customers recorded at a convention. They also requested a second series featuring and selling their products. The two series needed to feel cohesive and needed to captivate their B2B audience. These 10 videos in total would need to be created within a limited time-frame of about two months and a limited budget.

Opportunities

Designed a character style that was unique and approachable for the audience that improved sales. So much so, that they came back to request additional videos and designs for their marketing purposes, such as a Field Guide to End-Users, social media templates, a Holiday Card and much more.

Elements to enhance their visual language

We built upon the Code42 style to permit character and complex scene illustration and animation. Taking these elements, we then were able to build out scenes where these real events took place and animated versions of the original speakers because the recorded interviews were not high enough in resolution. In addition, because Code42's products update so quickly, we needed to design a representation of their software so that the videos would have a longer shelf life.

Product Feature Campaign

Set with fictional characters in an office space we named "Whale & Petunia." We were requested to drop in Easter-eggs from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (where Code42 got their name) into the various scenes.
